I have worked in various industries, including financial services, technology, consulting and investment banking. I have worked alongside business and functional leads to deliver strategic projects, drive organic and inorganic growth initiatives and run profitable business.
Certified as a brain-based coach (BBCC) from the Neuroscience Leadership Institute, equivalent to ACC certification by ICF. I bring a scientific approach to my coaching. I have a deep understanding of the complexities of the business world and the challenges faced by teams and executives. Holding an MBA from London Business School, I have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of personal and business branding in a highly competitive market.
My goal is to empower individuals and businesses to reach their full potential at their desired pace. I have successfully managed and influenced C-suite stakeholders and led cross-functional teams. With a proven track record of building and leading functional teams and programs for organisations of 1000+ employees, as well as spearheading top strategic programs including M&A deals valued over $1 billion, I bring a wealth of expertise in driving success, innovation and delivering impactful results. My experience as a founder, corporate leader, and change manager enables me to navigate complex business landscapes easily.
